Key Features

Why Choose This Roof Membrane?

6-Layer Composite Protection

Each layer serves a purpose. PO film prevents oxidation. Aluminum provides insulation. PE adds waterproofing. Geotextile offers cushioning. The adhesive bonds everything together.

Flame-Free Installation

Cold-applied with no torch needed. Fire hazards are eliminated. Plus, installation is faster and safer for workers.

Built for Harsh Conditions

UV and Temperature Resistant

The membrane resists UV damage and high temperatures. Even in hot weather, the adhesive stays stable. It won't flow or soften.

Strong Adhesion to Multiple Surfaces

Bonds strongly to cement, metal, wood, plastic, and color steel. Adhesive penetrates into surface pores. This creates a permanent hold.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store rolls vertically in a dry warehouse. Do not store horizontally as weight can crush the core. Keep away from sunlight and heat. Shelf life is 12 months under proper storage.

Field Application Notes

Step 1: Surface Preparation

Begin by cleaning the roof surface. Dust, debris, and loose material must be removed. The surface should be flat, dry, and clean.

Surface Primer on Old Concrete Old or chalky concrete roofs need special care. Sweep the roof first. Then apply a compatible bitumen or polymer primer. This stabilizes dust before laying the membrane.

Step 2: Application Technique

Follow the correct application direction. Start from the lower slope and work upward. For vertical walls, begin at the top and work down.

Overlap Requirements Overlap seams by 5-8cm on long edges and 10cm on short edges. Press firmly after each overlap. Use a roller or foot pressure to ensure full adhesion.

Step 3: Critical Areas

Pay special attention to these weak points on color steel roofs:

  • Horizontal and vertical seams
  • Roof ridges and gutters
  • Wall-to-roof junctions
  • Screw and fastener points (main leak source after 3 years)
  • Panel connection gaps

Packaging, Customization & Supply

PAC KING supplies roofing membranes direct to distributors and contractors.

What We Offer

  • Custom Colors & Printing: We offer blue or gray HDPE surfaces. For volume orders, we support custom colors and logo printing on the membrane or release liner.
